Every inflatable in our fleet is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant between every rental. We inspect each unit on-site before your event begins, and follow strict safety guidelines.
Sweep
Before anything else, dust, dirt and debris come off every surface, seam and corner, including the netting and the entry ramp.
Deep clean
The whole unit is washed down with commercial-grade cleaner and sanitizer, with every high-touch area treated between rentals.
Ready for fun
Inspected on-site before your event begins: our crew checks anchoring, the blower and every seam before handing it over.
Rules for a safe party
- An adult watches the inflatable the whole time it is in use.
- Shoes, glasses, sharp objects and food stay outside.
- Group riders by size, and follow the rider limit on the unit.
- No flips, climbing on the walls or rough play.
- Everyone out if the wind picks up or it starts to rain; switch off the blower.
Safety questions
How do you clean the inflatables?
Every unit is swept, washed with a commercial cleaner and sanitized between rentals, then checked again on-site before your event.
What happens if the weather turns?
Inflatables cannot be used in high wind or rain. We watch the forecast and work with you on a new date if it is not safe.
How are the units anchored?
With stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Does my venue need paperwork?
Schools, parks and venues often ask for a certificate of insurance. Tell us when you book and we will let you know what we can provide.
