Booking & payment
Two to three weeks is usually enough. Spring and summer Saturdays go first, so book those a month or more ahead if you can. Same-week dates do open up, and the calendar shows what is free.
Pick your date on any rental and you will see what is free that day. Or call us and we will check while you are on the phone.
A deposit holds your date and the rest is due by party day. You see the full total, delivery included, before you pay anything.
Plans change. Call or email us as soon as you know and we will move your booking to another date if we can. The cancellation terms are in your booking confirmation.
Delivery & setup
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up, anchors and checks every unit, then comes back to take it all down. You do not lift a thing.
We usually arrive one to two hours before your party starts and come back after it ends. We confirm a delivery window with you the day before.
Check the size on the rental, then allow a few extra feet on every side for anchoring and the blower. Not sure it will fit? Send us a photo of the spot and we will tell you.
Most inflatables run on a blower that plugs into a standard outdoor outlet, ideally within 50 feet. No outlet nearby? Tell us when you book and we will work out a plan.
Yes. On grass we use stakes; on concrete, asphalt or a gym floor we use sandbags. For indoor venues, tell us the ceiling height so we can pick a unit that fits.
Safety & weather
Every unit is swept, washed and sanitized after each rental, then checked again on-site before anyone plays.
Inflatables cannot be used in rain or strong wind. If the forecast looks unsafe, we call you to move the date. If weather rolls in during the party, switch off the blower and have everyone climb out.
Yes. An adult needs to watch the inflatable the whole time it is in use. We go over the safety rules with that person at setup.
Schools, parks and venues often ask for one. Tell us when you book and we will let you know what we can provide.
Rentals
Most bounce houses suit kids from about 3 to 12. Combos, slides and obstacle courses are better for bigger kids and teens. Each rental lists its rider limits.
Of course. Lots of parties pair a bounce house with a slide, tables and chairs or a concession machine. Put it all in one booking and it arrives together.
Standard rentals cover your party day. Ask about overnight and weekend options when you book and we will tell you what is possible for your date.
Nothing here matches that yet. Try a shorter word, or ask us and we will answer it.
