Join the Tulsa Bounce Co Team

We’re looking for energetic, reliable people who love making parties memorable. If you’re the kind of person who shows up on time, takes pride in your work, and genuinely enjoys helping customers have a great day, we want to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience — we’ll train you. What matters is that you’re dependable, willing to work outdoors and handle physical tasks, and genuinely friendly with customers. We hire delivery drivers, setup crew, and customer service folks.

What the Work Involves

• Delivery & Setup: Loading and delivering bounce houses, inflatables, and party equipment around Tulsa. Setting up safely and getting everything just right for the customer.
• Customer Service: Answering phones and emails, answering questions, and making sure every rental experience is smooth and fun.
• Equipment Care: Keeping our rental fleet clean, maintained, and ready to go.

Why Work With Us

We’re a growing local business that actually cares about our crew. Work is seasonal but flexible, the pay is fair, and you’ll work with people who are genuinely nice to be around. Plus, there’s real satisfaction in knowing you helped make a kid’s birthday or community event awesome.
