Prices include delivery, setup and takedown. Lighting, heating, power and multi-tent layouts are quoted for your site once we know the ground.
Slide to your headcount and pick a layout: you see the tent, the floor area and the starting price before you pick up the phone.
Past the 40 × 100 Frame Tent we plan several tents to one site plan. Call us with your numbers and we will draw it up.
Seating assumes round tables at normal spacing. The install needs about five feet past the canopy on every side, so measure the clear area, not the lawn.

Delivery, setup and takedown are inside every tent price. Multi-tent layouts, lighting and heating are quoted for your site.
Check my date →No money down until the date is confirmed. Most bookings are settled in one conversation.
Use the calculator or the sizes table. Tell us your headcount and the surface (grass, gravel, asphalt, driveway) and we confirm what fits.
We check the date, hold the tent and walk you through the clear space it needs. Four to six weeks out is comfortable; peak Saturdays go sooner.
Delivery, setup and takedown are already in the price. The crew puts it up, you run your event, and we collect it on the agreed morning.
A backyard graduation and a three-day fair come from the same yard and want very different things from the crew. Here is how each one usually goes.
A frame or clear-top tent keeps the floor free between the head table and the dance floor, and sidewalls can go on days before, not weeks.
Plan it with us: Weddings →
Grand openings, client days and staff picnics, on turf or tarmac. Barrel weights for lots, and insurance certificates on request.
Plan it with us: Corporate events →
A row of 10 × 10 frame tents makes the vendor booths: small enough to line up tight, quick to put up before the gates open.
Plan it with us: Festivals & markets →
A 20 × 20 fits most back yards with room to spare, goes up in a morning and is gone again the next day.
Plan it with us: Graduations & backyard parties →Weddings, fairs, backyard parties and company days: a few of the tents our crew has put up.
A tent holds wind over your guests for a whole day. We treat it as a temporary structure, not party decoration.
Plain numbers and plain promises, instead of adjectives.
Delivery, install and takedown are inside the tent price, never added afterwards.
Every tent we rent is a frame tent, so the floor plan belongs to you: no center pole.
Need a certificate of insurance for a venue, school or park? Ask when you book.
Delivery, setup and takedown are inside the quote. If anything about the install is not right on the day, call us and the crew comes back.

We took the 40 × 40 clear frame tent for our reception. It was up before the florist arrived, and we had the stars over the dance floor all night.
Two 20 × 40 frame tents on the parking lot with barrel weights, so nothing went into the asphalt. Insurance papers reached the property manager the same day.
The 20 × 20 fit our back yard with room to spare. They measured first and told us exactly where it would go.
Eight 10 × 10 frame tents for the fall festival, all standing before the first vendor pulled in. Takedown on Sunday was just as quick.
Rain showed up in the forecast two days out, so we added French window sidewalls late. No fuss, they fitted them that morning.
The 20 × 60 frame tent seated our hundred guests down one long table. One invoice, one price, and nothing added afterwards.
The 40 × 60 pole tent covered the whole lunch area. The crew walked the field with us before they staked it.
We were not sure what size we needed. They asked about guests and the ground and talked us out of the bigger tent we did not need.
Our trucks run from Jumpertown out to the towns around it. Find yours in the list, or check the map.
Send the address with the date. We confirm delivery, the clear space you will need and a price in the same call.
If yours is not here, a phone call settles it faster than an email chain.
Start with seated guests. A 20 × 20 seats 32 to 40, a 20 × 40 seats 64 to 80, a 40 × 60 seats 192 to 240 and our 40 × 100 seats up to 400. Add a dance floor or buffet under the same roof and move up one size. The calculator above does the sums for you.
Yes. Our crew delivers, puts up and takes down every tent. You assemble nothing, and nobody has to stay behind at the end of the night.
More than the tent itself. A 20 × 20 needs about 25 × 25 ft of clear ground with 20 ft of headroom; allow about five feet past the canopy on every side.
Frame tents have no center pole and stand on any surface. High peak tents add a tall, peaked roof. Clear tops show the sky for evening receptions. Pole tents are staked into grass and cover the biggest crowds for less.
Frame tents can. On hard surfaces we use water barrel weights instead of stakes. Pole tents need grass they can be staked into.
Four to six weeks suits most dates. Saturdays from May through October go earlier, so call as soon as your date is set.
Sidewalls. Solid and French window sidewalls come in 20 ft lengths and can usually be added close to the date.
Tell us the date, the guest count and what the tent will stand on. We come back within one working day with availability, a firm price and the clear space you will need.
